Costume craze for Halloween

Google stats indicate that whenever Halloween comes around the amount of searches for “costume” also rises.

In fact, Halloween is so popular that it increases by 1000% over that period. That may not be totally unexpected, however, the surprising thing is that it’s not the United States that searches the most, but the Philippines.

I for one was completely unaware that those islands had embraced the great American tradition in such a resounding way. See, you do learn something new everyday.
