This year I’m actually going to do it…

As the beginning of every year approaches we always make a promise to ourselves. Quit smoking, no drinking, start working out. Sound familiar?

Well Google’s stats show that in the lead up to every new years day the search for “gyms” dramatically increases. At the same time so too does the search for “new years resolutions”.

Without taking too big of a leap into the unknown, I think its fair to conclude that people are not too dedicated when it comes to those New Year resolutions they’re ‘definitely going to do’, such as getting fit.

Well it won’t happen again because next year I’m definitely going to do it…
